PC/ABS合金主要改善了熔融流动性、成型性、可电镀性及外观性;与ABS相比,则主要提高了耐热性、抗冲性及薄壁制品的刚性。但从总的改性目标而言,获得良好成型性,外观性及降低PC成本常是最重要的。 一、共混比例不同获得不同特性的PC/ABS>50%时,ABS就构成连续相,PC则成为分散相。 二、PC与ABS相容性不佳,欲得到性能良好的PC/ABS共混物,其形态结构极为重要。成形条件对PC/ABS共混物的制品的性能亦将产生直接的影响。例如:模压的试样能较好地保持此种共混物混炼时所形成的亚微观非均相分散状态,而注塑时,在高剪切速率下,分散状态发生变化达到了过度的均匀分散,所以两种试样的冲击强度有较大差别,且压缩成型试样的冲击强度较重。
